Just who am I
buying from and what is your business philosophy, is a question I
get asked a lot? |
|
Well
it is a great question because I also like to know who I'm buying
from when I buy from both the internet and local stores. I
want to buy from someone that I can trust and have confidence
in. I like to know that they will stand behind their products
and be there when I need them (service). I would think that
you are not much different in these areas. You too want to
know who you are buying from and I hope I can put your mind at ease
as I answer this great question. It is my intent to
build a trusting business relationship with you so that you will
feel comfortable in doing business with me.

We
are Lonnie and Susan Alexander with our three beloved house
pets, "Maynard our Yorkie-Poo, Miss Punkin Our Cat and Emily a
Cockateel", we all live in Moore, Oklahoma just a few miles South of
Oklahoma City off of Interstate 35. We have been blessed
with four wonderful Children (one Boy and three Girls) that have
blessed us with 11 beautiful grandchildren ages 7 to 23 years of
age. Susan and I love to send time with them all.
Luckily most of the family live here in Oklahoma, two are out
of State and live in Austin Texas. |

Lonnie
Alexander...I am Lonnie Alexander 67
pushing 68 years of age young, Husband, Father, Grandfather and
friend to many. I have retired from the United States Air Force
where I served for over 23 years and just retired from the State Of
Oklahoma Department of Veterans Affairs were I served for 15 years
in Human Resources and Payroll Departments serving over 1,700 State
Employees.

So
customer support, problem solving, and service to others is not new
to me. It has always been my number one concern and serving you
today is just as important. I want you to know that selling will
always be secondary to customer support and your satisfaction.

The
Evolution of Alex’s A2Z...alexsa2z
has evolved from four eBay user ID's; heygrandpa, alexs_gavel,
alexs_a-z and now alexsa2z as of February 3, 2006. At first we
just bought things from as a buyer and expanded into selling things
in June 2005. We wanted a user ID that is easy to remember and yet
described what we are selling, which is everything from A to Z.
My passion is for Children's Toys, Crystal and China items, and
Books but often find some great clearances in retail stores too. I
make every attempt to treat my selling on eBay as professional as I
can. |
It
is a small home based Internet Sales and Consignment Business that I
am very proud of. At this time I do not have a lot of volume
but I foresee in the near future a large growth both in volume and
sells. I must give credit to my loving wife Susan for I wouldn't be
able to do this without her support and encouragement. She is
my #1 Cheer Leader.

selling Philosophy is “YOU’RE
RIGHT”
simple as that. I
am going to treat you as I would like to be treated. I am going to
make every effort to provide as many photos as I can of the item you
are bidding on and be as precise as I can about the item
description. If the description is still unclear to you please email
me

try to answer your questions the best that I can.

Products...As
the name "Alex's A2Z"
implies we do not specialize in any one type of item. We
auction and sale both new and pre-owned items. The pre-owned
items are very often just like new. If there is a cosmetic
flaw I fully describe the condition and provide photos.
We acquire most of the items that we sale on eBay from estate sales,
retail store clearances/closeouts, garage sales/flea markets, and
consignment from friends and neighbors. See what I

So you might say that I am an
environmentalist to some degree. Not that I am going to save
the world or anything like that, but you never know what you and I

My
Personal Interest...By
now you have some ideal what my business, service, and selling
philosophies are. Now about some of my many personal interest.
I have a variety of interests and some of them include; spending
quality time with my family and love ones, treasure hunting and
digging for treasures, whether they be under ground using my metal
detectors or just under the table at flea markets, garage sales etc.
I also enjoy my computer, golfing, and photography, leather
crafting, flying my172 Cessna Skyhawk SP (Desktop), and of course my
eBay auctions "alexsa2z". My eBay Auctions are a mixture of
business and pleasure. My actives give me the opportunity to
get out and meet many wonderful people just like you where ever I
go. I usually have a care free jovial attitude and try to bring
laughter and joy were ever I am. My wife Susan and I have strong
spiritual roots and believe in and pray daily together. We call each
of our new experiences in life a "Jabez Opportunity". Our motto in
life is... "Don't expect a Miracle, Be a Miracle".

In
my 67+ years I have had to face many trails and tribulations as you
may have also. I have personally experienced and made many
mistakes in my life. When I was going through all of these
trails and tribulations I often lost sight of the God of my
understanding (Jesus) and when things got so bad that they
brought me down to my knees I found that surrender and prayer would
and could bring relief. I could then see that the Grace of the
God of my understanding (Jesus) was traveling with me and I didn't
even realize it. I feel that my life has truly been a Miracle.
I have come from the "depths of "Hell" to the Glory of God".
Today when I am troubled, I find that if I turn my life and will
over to the care of the God of my understanding (Jesus) all will
work out just the way it should. I share this with you
because I care and the God of your understanding cares about you
too. I just want to offer some hope and encouragement if you
are going through troubling times today. This has worked
for me and is working in my life today. Please give it a try
maybe it will work for you too. "Let Go and Let God" |

As you see Alex's A2Z is a home based business
that is very clean smoke free but not pet free.
We
often use very clean recycled packing material
and custom made shipping containers that are
produced from clean recycled material. |
A
lot of my items are bought from private
individuals who may or may not have exposed the
item to smoke, incense or pets. Once the item is
in our possession we try very hard to protect it
from these possible irritants; however, they may
have already been exposed.
